Help HVCCA on Kickstarter!

Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art (HVCCA) has launched a Kickstarter Campaign to help ensure that Peekskill Project V Opening Weekend is a great success. Please consider making a donation - every dollar helps!

Peekskill Project V is a citywide art festival devoted to bringing cutting edge contemporary art out of the museum and into the community. Using the city as a stage, Peekskill Project activates the urban environment and its inhabitants through site-specific art exhibitions, performances and screenings sited in multiple venues throughout the City of Peekskill.

The festival kickoff weekend is September 29 - 30, featuring exhibitions in various project venues throughout town, public performances, outdoor projections, guided walks, artist talks, live music, food and drinks provided by local businesses.

HVCCA is trying to keep the festival FREE and accessible for everybody! The festival reaches out to a community with limited access to the arts, offering a large scope of unique exhibition venues and free programming, and a diverse range of high caliber art in indoor venues as well as public spaces.

Donations start at $1 and great gifts start at $25. Check it out and consider donating.
